Our process - How we work
Step-by-step, founder-friendly process.
We want to be part of your journey and help you succeed. With our experience in the startup world, we believe we can help support you in your current struggles and be a reliable, experienced partner.

1. Audit
Before we start working together, we want to understand in as much details as possible, your current challenges and needs. We'll start at the staus quo and make a plan together for reaching your current goals as fast as possible.
We will discuss in details all the possible options, with their benefits and drawback and also give our recommendation. The decision of what the next steps are is then up to you and your priorities.
The result of this process is a roadmap including important milestones, initial estimations and the concrete setup of us working togerher.
The audit typically takes 1-2 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project.
Included in this phase
- Current challenges
- Timeline
- Restrictions
- Budget
- Initial estimations
- Roadmap

2. Hands-on support
Starting with the roadmap, we will begin working on the most pressing challenges together.
As we get to understand the project and processes better, we will be able to give more recommendations about best practices and posibile improvements - such as scalability, efficiency, security, etc, that can be tackled in the future. This process is as transparent as possible, so you have all the information to make the best decision for your company and team setup.
We love having your support at Xylo AI and I'd recommend you to anyone.

3. Next steps
Based on your needs, we can decide on a long term partnership, or just a one-off project. We have an experienced, motivated team behind and we can tailor the solution to fit you best.
We want to provide the flexibility of having a freelance partnership with the quality and motivation of an in-house team.
We believe that the time spent planing is very valuable for the execution to be as efficient as possible. It is important for us to be able to commit on a project basis rather than on hourly rates. We find this more transparent and in case the project gets finished earlier we can all go celebrate.
We strongly believe that tech should not be the reason why startups fail.
If you are looking for a partner to help you with your product development challenges, we'd love to hear from you.
